As Community Manager and employee number 12, I developed a global community of 150,000 Tropo users. Within one year, I organized 50+ worldwide events and hackathons for our developers including the International Space Apps Challenge and Random Hacks of Kindness. Responsible for creating all graphics, marketing material, and swag.

Designed all product websites and social media channels. Created company content for all digital media including company blog, email, search and social marketing and press. Developed successful social media strategies increasing online communities upwards of 100%.

Worked closely with the CTO, UI and UX team on new features, product development, and project management. Acted as company spokesperson, event host, managed public relations, press releases, partnership building, and media inquiries.
